Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Aaditya Labs collects only what is necessary to run the blog and respond to readers. Specifically:

  • Email address — only when you voluntarily submit the contact form. We do not run an email newsletter.
  • Comments data — Blogger's native comment system stores your Blogger/Google profile, display name, and the comment text. We do not export or sell this data.
  • Server logs — standard request logs (IP address, user-agent, referrer, page requested) retained by Blogger and our CDN for up to 90 days for abuse prevention.
  • Cookies — Blogger sets first-party cookies for session and comment functionality. Third-party cookies may be set by advertising networks (see “Advertising” below).

2. How we use information

  • To display your comment under the relevant post.
  • To respond to email enquiries you have sent us.
  • To detect and prevent spam, scraping, and abuse.
  • To improve article quality based on aggregate (anonymised) traffic patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Advertising (Google AdSense)

Aaditya Labs displays ads served by Google AdSense. AdSense uses cookies (including the DART cookie) to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other sites on the internet.

  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits.
  • Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy.

4. Embedded content from other websites

Articles may embed YouTube videos, Twitter/X posts, and infographics. These embedded services may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content. We link out to source articles; we do not control their privacy practices.

5. Children

Aaditya Labs is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your rights

If you have submitted the contact form, you can request deletion of your data by emailing aadityalabs [at] gmail [dot] com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

  • Contact form emails: deleted after the conversation is resolved, or within 12 months — whichever comes first.
  • Comments: retained until you delete them via your Google/Blogger profile, or indefinitely if you do not.
  • Server logs: 90 days, then aggregated and anonymised.

8. Changes to this policy

We will post material changes here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Contact
